How to Book
Booking can be made over the telephone on 01239 820 822. I will provisionally reserve your dates and send you a booking form. Alternatively you can print off a booking form from this site. Whichever method you choose once I receive your booking form and deposit an official confirmation of booking will be sent by return of post. The balance of your payment is payable 28 days before the start of your holiday. Late bookings are accepted and then the full amount is payable with the booking form.

Additional information
The cottage is all electric. Electricity is included in the tariff. Sheets, pillows and duvets are provided at no extra charge or blankets if you prefer. Please inform me immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. If I am able to re-let the property for the same period, your deposit will be repaid less a £15 administration fee. If I am unable to re-let the rent is payable in full.

Arrival and Departure
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday although special short breaks are available early and late in the season. Please contact me with your requirements and I will try to accommodate you. On your arrival I will meet you at the cottage at a time of your choice after 3.00 pm. This is to allow me time to ensure that the property is ready for you and your family. I put a bottle of milk in the fridge ready for your arrival. Please let me know your preference on the booking form. Please arrange to vacate the cottage by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you on your holiday by prior arrangement. Please ensure that your dogs are kept under strict control at all times, do not climb on furnishings or beds and are not left unattended in the accommodation.
